Healthy Lifestyle Program
Our program helps patients develop a healthy relationship with food, exercise and body image. You and your fellow athletes will develop a sense of friendship and community that will help you inspire and motivate each other and just as importantly make the process fun.
Our powerlifting class is free and open to all skill levels! Our goal is to create a team of like-minded men and women who encourage and push each other to get stronger each and every day. Everyone is welcome on our team from beginning, aspiring powerlifters to hardcore, chiseled veterans. We will help you work on perfecting form and technique as well as providing a well designed training program. Join us on:
